Breath Exploration
From the moment we are born, our breath is a platform upon which our life is sustained. The rhythm of breath continues automatically and if we consciously focus and explore its tempo, it has much to show us about our deeper self.
Using techniques and practices that focus on the breath, one can explore their origin and become aware of obstacles effecting natural flow and tempo. These practices include simple breath meditations and Pranayama which can be explored and beneficial to all.
Pranayama is a Sanskrit term that translates to “extension of the life force” which involves various breathing practices aimed at stretching, manipulating and controlling the breath to achieve specific physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Pranayama techniques involve conscious regulation of inhalation, exhalation, and retention of breath in specific patterns and rhythms.

Meditation and Mantra
Every human has meditated deeply for at least 8 months. It is the origin of all humanity. Without want or need, without sight or smell, before breath, before birth, we meditated entirely on our true self. This is where we all begin. It is our root, and the root of all that became after.
